3 Steps to Overcoming Fear

Fear of Outcome 

Being afraid of not receiving expected or intended results.  


First Step
Acknowledging your fear
Have you ever backed out of doing something because you were afraid that it wouldn't go your way?

Second Step 
Overcoming that fear
Despite the anxiety you have to the experience obtain the tenacity to do it anyway 

Third Step 
Learn to love that anxiety 
Once you find love for that feeling that is as if your on that ride at the amusement park that takes you all the way up just to drop you, there will be NOTHING THAT CAN STOP YOU


My friend you will enter into a world of endless possibilities and opportunities that you create for yourself because you no longer allow fear the steering wheel of your existence.  


This week I want you to try something different to get yourself out of your comfort zone. Being in a comfort zone should really be called, being in a fear zone. Try a couple random things by assessing where you have become complacent.
